The World’s best ⓔⓝⓔⓜⓨ

Dear friends, today I’ll be talking about “the world’s major enemy, violence “.

          The world isn’t having a

gun problem,it’s having an anger problem.

Imagine a world without guns,it doesn’t stop people from being murdered, raped, extorted etcetera. Guns were not made with the intent to of war, violence, it was made to ease hunting, to be used as protection from the wild but as we all know we humans are the wildest breed of living organisms known to ourselves “we can’t be tamed”.

It is known that most people take up arms for the sake of vengeance, and this vengeance is a breed of hate while hate is the first breed of uncontrolled anger. Violence is not just a word,it’s an attitude and the problem we have is that, violence is as contagious as can be .

We keep trying to solve the gun problem and not look at the real problem, anger . It is until we begin to solve the anger problem ,then we can begin to see results, good results in our relationships all over the world. One key to solving the anger problem is, being able to apologize for wrongs done, kill your pride and save our world!</stro

Be Good, Be Happy

I heard someone say, “If you want happiness for an hour

image

, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a month, get married. If you want happiness for a year, win the lottery but if you want happiness for a lifetime, be good to people.”

Being good to people doesn’t mean you “sacrifice your happiness to keep someone else happy “. If being good to people doesn’t make you happy you ain’t doing good. Sometimes we ought to make sacrifices for a friend, family or just anybody,my point is,don’t let these seasonal sacrifices turn out to be a lifetime duty turning you into a crouch for those whom these sacrifices are made.

Being good to people is a part of what makes us human. You can’t be good to everyone but you can be good to those that have been put in your life (family, friends, coworkers, neighbors etcetera).

Being good to people is contagious eg, a coffee shop owner told how a lady came into her shop bought her coffee and that of the person behind her(a total stranger) and when the owner told the one behind our lady, he said”well, let me pay for the person behind me”. This continued for two hours over eighty customers. Dear, being good to people is contagious.

Finally if you want happiness for a lifetime, make it a goal to be good to at least one person everyday. I think we could start changing the world from here.

The PlanⓐⓤTⓤⓜ

Most people Hold their pillows at the times they should be holding onto someone.

The people around you are not just there because they are there, the people around you are  a part of the plan nature already made for you,“Nature is the outer garment of God”. The major problem with us humans is, we know too much of the irrelevant and just a few of the relevant.

These people around us,are not the plan nature made for us, they are just a part of the plan. In that note, you are therefore expected to build this plan with them, for them, or against them. Against them ” in the sense that most times the people we find around ourselves may not always be on the path of the plan. In such cases we build the plan against them because the work totally against it.

Although this plan is unique, special for each person, if  you derail from the nature’s original plan, the bad news is nature will always adjust to fit-in while the good news is nature’ll always be there to make sure you succeed once you get back on track.

The plan – Destiny
Find yours soon, it’s never too late until you stop trying.

God never leaves a sheep behind,he goes after it.

5 Health Benefits Of Keeping Beards.

#1.Generally hair offers good protection against the sun, says Dr. Nick Lowe, a leading London-based dermatologist. “It’s similar to an SPF factor,” he adds. “The higher the hair density and thickness, the higher the SPF.”

#2.They reduce asthma and allergy symptoms
For men whose allergies or asthma are set off by pollen or dust, facial hair near the nose may act as a filter of sorts and stop the allergens before they settle in, suggest several expert.

#3. They lessen signs of aging
Along with signs of aging from sun exposure, facial hair also lessens signs of aging to the face by keeping it moisturized. Beards protect the face from wind and cold air, which can dry the skin.

Also, moisturizer applied to the bearded face will be more effective than exposed skin where it can be more easily rubbed off.

#4. They stave off illness
Thick beards that have grown under the chin and neck will raise the temperature of the neck and may help battle colds, says Carol Walker, hair medical expert and owner of Birmingham Trichology Centre.

“Hair is an insulator that keeps you warm. Long, full beards that trap the cold air and raise the temperature of the neck are going to be an added bonus when you’re under the weather,” says Walker. Facial hair can act as a physical barrier to cold temperature, adds Dr. Felix Chua, a consultant respiratory physician at the London Clinic, Harley Street. “Hair around the chin and neck adds another layer of protection.”

#5.They reduce infections
Beards and mustaches mean no shaving, which is the main cause of bacterial infections in the beard area, says Dr. Martin Wade, consultant dermatologist at the London Skin and Hair Clinic. Shaving leads “to razor rash, ingrown hairs and conditions such as folliculitis (infection of the hair follicles that causes spots), so men would benefit from growing a beard,”.
